30-Day Returns

We accept eligible returns within 30 days of delivery.

To qualify for a return, items must be unused, unworn, in their original condition, and returned with all original tags, accessories, and packaging.

Proof of purchase is required.

Please contact Maple Q Outdoor through our Contact Us page before returning any merchandise.

Include your order number, the item you wish to return, and the reason for your request.

We will provide return instructions after reviewing your request. Please do not send items back without prior authorization.

For returns due to a change of mind, incorrect size selection, or personal preference, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

If an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us so we can arrange an appropriate resolution.

Gift cards, used or worn merchandise, and items specifically marked Final Sale are generally not eligible for change-of-mind returns.

These exclusions do not limit any rights or remedies available under applicable consumer protection laws.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Original shipping charges are generally non-refundable for change-of-mind returns.

If a direct exchange is unavailable, we may recommend returning the eligible item and placing a new order.
